He sat next to her, and watched Michael. Michael still had barely any hair, but would probably get some pretty soon, since both Naya and Grant have thick hair. “He still kind of looks like my Dad.” Grant laughed. “But I think he’ll have your hair. That’s just my guess.” He said, still in awe of the little human in front of him.
“I just hope he gets your eyes. Then he’d be the cutest baby in the world.” Naya smiled, stroking the tiny baby’s fingers. “Michael Thomas… Gustin…” She looked over at Grant then, waiting to see what he would say.
Grant looked over at her and smiled. “Yes. It’ll be perfect.” He looked back at Michael. “When do you want to get married?” He asked.

Grant smiled and kissed her back. “How’s he doing? How’re you both doing?” He asked. He always had to make sure they were both okay. It’s just something he did nowadays. He closed the door behind them, with a smile on his face.
“He’s doing great. We’re both great, Grant.” She giggled quietly, taking his hand into hers’ and leading him to the back porch. “See, here he is.” She smiled, sitting down in one of the chairs beside the baby swing. “Michael, daddy’s here.” She said, rubbing the baby’s hand so he would open his eyes.

Grant got in his car and headed to Heather and Naya’s house. He was especially excited to see Naya and Michael, having not seen them for a couple days. It took about 10 minutes before he got there, then he parked his car and ran up to the front door, knocking. He didn’t know whether or not to knock because Naya could be busy with the baby, but he did anyway, since he didn’t have a key.
Hearing the knocking on the door, Naya got up from her seat on the back porch and walked through the house. She opened the door and smiled. “Hey handsome.” She greeted, leaning up to kiss Grant sweetly. It had been days since she’d seen him, so suffice it to say, she was glad he was there. “Come in. Michael’s just in his swing out on the back porch, enjoying the weather.”
Grant smiled and kissed her back. “How’s he doing? How’re you both doing?” He asked. He always had to make sure they were both okay. It’s just something he did nowadays. He closed the door behind them, with a smile on his face.
